LivingWellRested | Restore Sound Sleep

Program Details

The quality of our sleep affects just about every aspect of our lives. Our jobs, relationships, sense of well-being, and health all suffer when we don’t sleep well. It’s simple: when quality of sleep drops, so does quality of life.

For most, insomnia is a self-fulfilling prophecy. People with insomnia already know they’ll have trouble sleeping – and that’s part of the problem. Insomnia is often driven by thought patterns, beliefs, and habits that create anxiety and stress which perpetuate sleep problems.

Taught by renowned sleep expert Dr. Michael Grandner and cognitive behavioral training expert Lou Ryan, LivingWellRested addresses the mental and physical causes of insomnia to solve the root of participants’ sleep troubles. The program empowers users to take charge of the thoughts and behaviors that interfere with a good night’s sleep. The result is genuine, lasting behavior change and a higher quality of life.
