LivingEasy is likely very different. Unlike typical relaxation or mindfulness apps, LivingEasy is a cognitive behavioral training program that teaches participants how to turn emotionally overwhelming disruptions like COVID-19 into events that help them thrive.

It typically takes less than a week depending on your responsiveness and the length of the setup queue.

You can use the collateral we provide, or your own, to notify everyone via email or any other communication method you normally use.

SelfHelpWorks will provide you with an email template and a digital flyer (PDF) to promote LivingEasy to your people.

Yes, your designated company administrator will receive 24/7 access to our standard real-time online reports.

Portal access is typically managed by eligibility file. Another option, in the case of organizations with an existing wellness portal, is to integrate LivingEasy using single sign-on (SSO) technology.

There are no hidden costs or setup fees.

When the free period ends on September 30, your program portal will be inactivated. Or, if you want to, you can arrange in advance to continue the program for a fee. Pricing is extremely reasonable and differs by population size.
